How Flex blocks are paid
| How you earn | You book delivery blocks in the Amazon Flex app; each offer shows the estimated earnings for that block. Amazon standard blocks last a few hours and start at a delivery station; Amazon Now blocks show a minimum block pay plus an estimated range, and ending a block early lowers the pay. Money goes to your bank account on the payment days you choose, as early as the next day. |

| Typical monthly range | ₹25,000–50,000 per month typical, when no pay is confirmed |
With Amazon Flex you are paid for blocks you book, and the offer shows the estimated earnings before you accept.
Standard Amazon blocks last a few hours and start at a delivery station. Amazon Now blocks give a minimum block pay and an estimated range; if you finish the block early, you get less. Payouts go to your bank account on the days you choose, as early as the next day.
