Blinkit's model is per packet: a payment for every delivery, plus incentives tied to the weight carried and distance covered. Payouts are weekly, straight to your bank account.
We only have a Bengaluru-wide figure. Deccan Herald reported in January 2026 that most Blinkit workers it spoke to earn up to ₹400 extra a day when they reach daily targets. That sits on top of order pay; it is not total earnings and not a Kengeri figure.
Blinkit charges a one-time joining fee during onboarding and shares the amount at the interview.
