Parcel and courier delivery jobs in Bangalore

Parcel work in Bengaluru runs through Amazon Flex, Delhivery, Ekart, Porter, Shadowfax and XpressBees. Most pay weekly, and pay is built differently at each: block offers, per delivery with bonuses, weekly invoices or standard trip fares. Porter and XpressBees say there is no fee to join.

What parcel work looks like at each company

  • Amazon Flex: you book delivery blocks in the Amazon Flex app; a standard block lasts a few hours and starts at a delivery station.
  • Delhivery: pickups as well as deliveries; a document check first, and onboarding takes about two days.
  • Ekart: delivery partners are called Wishmasters and work on a bike; Ekart's page talks of flexible working hours.
  • Porter: goods trips booked by customers in the city, on a bike, scooter or commercial goods vehicle; documents are checked in person at the Porter city office, then one trial order.
  • Shadowfax: access to a two-wheeler; onboarding, verification and training before the first delivery.
  • XpressBees: your own two-wheeler, with fuel paid by you; your area and hub are assigned based on where you live and your preference.

How parcel companies pay

  • Amazon Flex: each block offer shows its estimated earnings; you choose payment days, with money as early as the next day.
  • Delhivery: Monday-to-Sunday work is invoiced and paid weekly, with extra incentives for on-time deliveries.
  • Ekart: Ekart does not publish how Wishmaster pay is calculated; Flipkart says Wishmasters get festive-season bonuses and referral incentives.
  • Porter: standard fares with no bargaining per trip; earnings depend on time online, with daily earnings and weekly payouts in the app.
  • Shadowfax: paid by deliveries completed, with no daily minimum; base pay plus distance bonuses, peak-hour incentives and performance bonuses, paid weekly.
  • XpressBees: per delivery, plus incentives, peak-hour bonuses, a joining bonus and referral rewards, paid weekly.

Joining fees: Porter says there is no registration fee, and XpressBees says onboarding is free. For current Bengaluru pay figures, ask our team when they call.
